Ei Systems Energy manufactures low-voltage distribution boards intended for applications requiring high performance and high levels of reliability. They are generally installed downstream of MV/LV power transformers or generator sets that contain general arrival and distribution circuit breakers of the low-voltage system.

It installs MV-type switchboards that are used in industrial and tertiary electrical distribution.

POWER CENTER PRIMARY DISTRIBUTION

They are switchboards designed for use in electrical power transformation and distribution substations within industrial and tertiary installations. They consist of standardized compartments that can be easily placed side by side and are designed to adapt to any plant configuration, wiring diagram and place of installation.

General Characteristics: Voltage up to 1000V. Current sizes: (1600A) – (2500A) – (4000A) – (5000A) – (6300A) Short-circuit current up to 100kA. Segregation level up to form 4. Degree of protection up to IP4X. Rear cable access. Copper bus bars with sliding contact Standard paint finish RAL 7032 (Custom colors possible)

POWER CENTER SECONDARY DISTRIBUTION

The production range in the Low Voltage sector also includes secondary distribution boards of the LC and QA type, suitable for secondary and emergency distribution in industry and the service sector. They are normally equipped with molded case circuit breakers in fixed or withdrawable execution (LC switchboards) with magneto-thermal and differential circuit breakers of the modular type (QA subpanels), are switchboards for use of alarm acquisition systems, measurements and control systems for instrumental processes or automation.

General characteristics LC switchboards: Voltage from 660V up to 1000V. Current from 630A up to 1600°. Short-circuit current up to 50kA. Segregation level up to form 3/4. Degree of protection up to IP4X. Rear/front cable access. Standard RAL 7032 paint finish (Custom colors possible).

They are modular Motor Control Center switchboards with fixed and withdrawable drawers intended for the command, control and protection of low-voltage powered motors.

Power factor correction boards

Power factor correction boards are intended for centralized automatic power factor correction in B.T. systems. They are made by adopting low-loss capacitor banks, electronic regulator and insertion contactors. They are equipped with surge chokes, which are ideal for networks with high harmonic content. QR switchboards comply with European low voltage directives on minimum safety requirements.

PROTECTED TYPE SWITCHBOARDS

With rotary switch disconnectors and SF6 or vacuum circuit breakers made according to current IEC standards.

General characteristics protected switchboards: Insulation in air Voltage up to 24kV Bus current up to 1250A Short-circuit current up to 16-20kA Protection degree IP3X ENEL approval.

HIGH VOLTAGE-MEDIUM VOLTAGE SUBSTATIONS

Ei Systems Energy performs supply and installation of electrical stations in air at the rated voltage of 130 – 150 -170 – 220 Kv, for outdoor use.

Performs:

  • Turnkey substations
  • Mounting of A.T. switches 130 – 150 – 220 Kv
  • Assembly of SF6 armored cabins, self-blowing type 130 – 150 – 220 Kv “Global service” for A.T. substations.

Control and protection of the modules are delegated to a microprocessor-based electronic system.

INSTALLATIONS

Ei Systems Energy, designs and installs MV/LV transformer substations that comply with the connection criteria required by the ENEL DK 5600 technical specification.
These are prefabricated panel cabins.
It performs the laying of cables and blinds, including the construction of joints and related attestations.
It offers equipment for supervision and remote control of the substations themselves.
